Software that reaches production in 2–6 months

We build web apps, mobile apps and on-premise systems for companies that cannot afford a project dragging on for a year. Start cheap, launch fast, and we keep the system alive month after month.

What we build

One partner for the whole cycle: from the first sketch to the system running in production, which we then maintain.

  • Web applications

SaaS platforms, internal portals, dashboards and fast marketing sites, with technical SEO done right from day one.

  • Mobile applications

iOS and Android apps from a single codebase, published to the App Store and Google Play by us, on your accounts.

  • On-premise systems

Software running inside your own infrastructure, for data that is not allowed to leave the building or the country.

  • Integrations and APIs

We connect the systems that do not talk to each other today: ERP, invoicing, CRM, couriers, payments, tax authorities.

  • AI and automation

Document data extraction, internal assistants, classification and workflows that remove repetitive work.

  • Cloud, scalability and DevOps

We integrate directly with AWS, Microsoft Azure and DigitalOcean, on your own accounts. The system scales with traffic, data is replicated, and users are served from the region closest to them.

How we engage

Cheap to start, built to last

We do not ask for tens of thousands of euros just to find out whether the idea works. You start small, reach production quickly, and from there you pay monthly only for the system to run flawlessly.

The code is entirely yours. If you decide to leave, we hand over the repository, the infrastructure and the documentation, with no penalties.

  1. Low cost of entry

The first version starts at €599. The upfront investment is enough to validate the idea, not enough to lock up your budget for a year.

  2. Delivered in 2–6 months

The first version reaches production in two months for an ordinary scope, and in up to six for large or on-premise systems. The date is fixed in the quote, not discovered along the way, and a demo lands every two weeks.

  3. Predictable monthly fee

Hosting, domain, certificates, backups, monitoring, security updates and maintenance hours — all on a single monthly invoice.

  4. We grow with you

New features are added in separately priced sprints or out of the hours included in your plan. No contract renegotiation for every change.

How we work

From idea to production, in 2–6 months

Two months for the first version of an ordinary product, up to six for large or on-premise systems. Not because we work more slowly on the big ones, but because we cut scope until it fits the agreed date, then grow from production.

  1. Day 0–2

    Request and clarification

You fill in the form and upload whatever documents you have. We call you within one business day and ask the questions that actually move the estimate.

  2. First week

    Discovery and a firm quote

We define the minimum scope that solves the problem, fix the price and the exact date, then sign. The clock starts here.

  3. Then

    Design and architecture

Flows, screens and the data model. The data model is settled before the API, because relationships last for years while APIs change constantly.

  4. The bulk of it

Development with a demo every two weeks

We ship incrementally to a staging environment you have permanent access to. You see progress in your own panel, not in a monthly report.

  5. Before launch

    Testing, performance and security

Functional testing, load testing on the critical flows and a security review before launch.

  6. Launch

    Launch and handover

Production rollout, active monitoring, documentation and training for your team. The maintenance plan starts the day after.

If we miss the deadline through our own fault, the first month of the plan is on us.

Portfolio

A few systems we have built

Three of our own products, picked because they cover different ground: algorithmic trading, a sports mobile app with an admin panel, and a geospatial analytics platform. Each runs on the same infrastructure we offer clients.

Algorithmic trading platform

A system that runs trading strategies on crypto markets: it collects market data, executes strategies, holds positions and reports results. A web admin panel for configuration and oversight, a mobile app for following positions.

Heroes of Terra

A sports app built as an RPG: real runs, rides and swims turn into damage against a raid boss. Players organise into guilds, pick a role, and take part in time-limited events.

Agency — site selection intelligence

It answers one question: where is a given type of business worth opening. It splits a city into ~170 m hexagons and scores each from 0 to 100 on what is actually nearby — universities, offices, hospitals, transit stops, apartment blocks — minus the competitors already trading.

These are our own products, not client work — we can show the architecture and the decisions behind them without breaching anyone's confidence. Client projects we discuss on request, under NDA.

Prices are indicative and exclude VAT. The monthly fee is fixed after launch, based on the resources the system actually consumes — it starts at the bottom of the package range and rises only if traffic or requirements demand it. A firm estimate follows the discovery call, within one business day of your request.

Engineering principles

How we decide, not just what we ship

The architectural decisions we bring to every project. They have not changed in years, because they work.

  • 01

    Modular monolith, not microservices

Clean bounded modules, one deployable unit. Split it when you hit a real scaling or ownership problem — not a hypothetical one.

  • 02

Design the data model before the API

APIs change constantly. Core data relationships are what you live with for years.

  • 03

    Observability from day one

Structured logs, traces, metrics. The difference between a 10-minute fix and a three-day fire drill.

  • 04

Boring, proven tech for anything load-bearing

Database, auth, payments — boring wins. We save the experiments for the parts that can fail safely.

  • 05

Assume every external call will fail

Timeouts, retries, circuit breakers. Not because we expect failure — because it is coming.

  • 06

Design for scale, do not pre-build for it

Stateless services, cache at the boundaries, partition by the real access pattern. Load test before an outage forces you to.

FAQ

What everyone asks

How long does it take to deliver an application?

Between two and six months, depending on what we are building. Two months for the first version of a site or an app with one clear flow; four to six for large systems, on-premise deployments, or integrations into an existing ERP. You get the exact date in the quote, before you sign — it is not discovered along the way. The method is not working faster, it is cutting scope down to what actually solves the problem; the rest is added after launch, in sprints.

Why a low build fee and a monthly subscription?

Because the biggest barrier to a software project is the upfront investment. We would rather you start cheap and pay monthly for something that works, than pay a lot upfront for something you are not yet sure you need.

What happens if I want to cancel the subscription?

We hand over the code, the database, the infrastructure and the documentation, with no penalties. Thirty days' notice, so the migration is orderly.

Do you take on projects started by someone else?

Yes. We run a separately priced technical audit first, tell you plainly what is worth keeping and what is not, and then give you a costed plan. We do not take over blind.

Are mobile apps published on your accounts or ours?

On your App Store and Google Play accounts. We handle publishing and updates, but the app stays yours even if you leave tomorrow.

How long until I get a quote?

Within one business day for an initial estimate after you send the request. The firm quote follows the discovery call, usually in the same week.

Do you sign an NDA?

Yes, before any technical discussion, if you ask. Documents uploaded through the form are stored securely and are visible only to the team working on your quote.

Tell us what you want to build

Three steps, a few minutes. You get a code to follow your request and the project's progress in real time.
