These documents cover the software development services provided by Nomad Tech Consulting SRL. Project-specific agreements (data processing on your behalf, licensing, SLAs) are concluded separately.
1. In short
The site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. That is why you are not shown a cookie consent banner: there is nothing here that requires your consent.
2. What we actually store
- A session cookie for the internal admin panel (/admin) — created only when our team signs in, strictly necessary, and expiring after 12 hours. It is never created for site visitors.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, used for anti-spam verification of the quote form, may temporarily store technical information needed for validation. Turnstile is designed to work without tracking cookies and without behavioural profiling.
3. Strictly necessary storage
Storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service the user has explicitly requested does not require prior consent. The only files we use fall into that category.
4. Browser controls
You can delete or block anything this site stores from your browser settings at any time. Blocking it does not affect browsing the public site, but it will prevent signing in to the admin panel and validating the quote form.
5. Changes
If we introduce tools requiring consent in the future, we will update this policy and implement a compliant consent mechanism before activating them.
